The WSET Level 1 course offers a well-rounded introduction to wine, focusing on wine tasting, major wines of the world, and food and wine pairing principles. Consider this class if you are relatively new to wine and would like to expand your knowledge, especially tasting skills, and move to the next level. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to taste wine using a systematic approach to tasting and be able to identify the main styles of wine.
