This delicious small-production bottling was produced from vines grown on pink slate in the southern Loire Valley. Thierry Michon's vineyards are literally a stone's throw away from the Atlantic Ocean and that salinity is most definitely prevalent in his wines. Thierry's Rosé is a gem! Clean and precise, with notes of red currant, pomegranate, white flowers and little spice. Minerality accents the palate, and should be enjoyed with ease during a warm summer day!
